At Silver Aide, I truly believe that everyone can learn to use their personal technology with confidence. I'm passionate about teaching at your pace and comfort level—no rush, no pressure. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, not frustrating, so you walk away feeling empowered, not overwhelmed. I encourage questions, create a relaxed environment, and hope you'll leave each session feeling more confident—and excited to come back for more!
About Me
Hi, I'm Jena Olgin!
In 2003, I moved from Erie,Pennsylvania to Scottsdale with my family and quickly found my calling in education. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Arizona State University in 2010 and spent the next 13 years teaching in classrooms across the Valley, Tucson, Los Angeles and Israel.
Along the way, I developed a passion for helping others feel confident with technology. I earned my Master of Science in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University and served as a technology coach—supporting fellow educators in integrating educational and assistive technology into their classrooms.
Now, I bring that same patient, supportive approach to helping individuals—especially seniors—feel empowered using their personal tech devices. Whether it's a smartphone, tablet, or computer, I’m here to guide you at your pace, with kindness and encouragement every step of the way.

All sessions are offered one-on-one to give you personalized support tailored to your needs and comfort level. Appointments are scheduled at a time that works best for you—no group classes, no pressure.
You can purchase individual sessions or choose a package of 4 sessions at a discounted rate.
